Weddings Parties Evrisamting was formed by a couple of friends who fell in love with the country of Vanuatu and saw a need to offer all of it’s wonders to their clients.
Director
Samara Birch has a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management degree from Southern Cross University, Australia. Samara has over 6 years experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. She started out in the Food and Beverage Industry as a Restaurant Manager before embarking on her events career with Weddings Parties Evrisamting, she is now director of the company. Samara is a friendly professional who has been living in Vanuatu for over two and half years. Samara understands what it takes to create a successful event in the South Pacific. Her skills include organisation, communication, business planning, event management and wedding planning, dealing with over 10 of Port Vilas most beautiful venues, resorts and luxury villas. Samara understands that each individual is looking for something different and has the ability to exceed her client’s expectations.

Weddings Parties Evrisamting was formed at the beginning of 2007 and we have been busy marketing our range of wedding and event services and perfecting our product offering. We attended the Queensland Brides Wedding expo in Brisbane in 2007 to launch the business internationally and had a tremendous response resulting in many bookings for early 2008 onwards.We have now co-ordinated over 150 weddings in Vanuatu over the last four years. We are active members of the Vanuatu Tour Operators Association and maintain strong links with the Vanuatu Tourism Office. Weddings Parties Evrisamting also offer assistance and professional advice free of charge to charity groups such as Kiwanis to help organize fund raising activities such as the annual Gala Race Ball and The Birdcage at the Kiwanis Horse Races held in July.
